What to expect when we work together!

OH, are we finally doing a project together!? Let's break down the nitty gritty :)

I am so excited to work with you, but if you are still on the fence of how an interior designer (in person or virtually can help) let me give your the low down. About 90% of the time, people reach out to me first and ask if I can support them in some way. I am open to this if you feel a but overwhelmed trying to book online. I can walk you through the best options and then just directly send your the "onboarding" paperwork and invoice. If you do go through the website, you pick the option that you want, pay and then the onboarding document gets sent to you to fill out.

The onboarding document is critical because it will outline the space we are working on, your wants and needs, your budget and just the overall style that you are hoping to achieve. It also outlines some of the ways I work in the form of how to contact me, processes and procedures of how we work together. Once all that info is filled in and sent back, I offer a consultation call (this is optional, if you want to never talk or see me that's fine LOL we can work through texting and email), however, I do like this call because it gives me a chance to chat with you and get a feel for how you feel about your space! I can dig a bit deeper into the potential issues we are working with and what the overall use of the space is, how functional we should make it etc.. Really a great discovery call that often makes the end result 100x better!

After that call, I will take all the information away from that and start working on your initial designs. Based on how involved you want to be I can send updates or work off the information and send your the first version tha I come up. It is ultimately up to you on how involved you want to be! I am open to whatever feels best for you. I like to come up with a mood board and design board for the space. This gives you a feeling of the vibes that we are going for and then a general idea of what its going to look like with the finishes we have picked. If you are doing a bigger projects with renders, once you feel happy with mood board/ design boards, you will then also get your 3D renders, floorplan's and walk throughs of the space to give you a hyper realistic feeling of what you are building.

If you are doing a bigger project, let's say like a bathroom or kitchen remodel, I would highly suggest you get the floorplans and renders. This just helps you to really see what you are envisioning. It will give you the nitty gritty details of the project that you need to go in building with confidence! If you have not had a chance to look at our previous work I am going to share some examples of work that has been sent out previously so you can get an idea of what to expect.

Overall, us working together will leave you with the confidence that the room or space you are putting together. It will stop your doom scrolling through Pinterest trying to come up with plans. It will stop any doubt you have. We will come out with plans, designs and a path forward for your project. No more overwhelm!

Above, as you can see is a mix of project types. Some were full house finishing selections, a bathroom remodel (mine :) ) and some plan generation for house layouts. There is a variety of work that can be done and supported from a single room to renovations to new build floorplans! Your brain might be going 100 miles per minute trying to figure out what you want, so I step in to help shoulder some of that burden for you! It's a great partnership that I love to be in!

If you have any specific questions or ad-hoc type projects, my email is always open to chat more! I look forward to working with you soon!
